Adult Classes

Whether you are an adult beginner looking to learn the sport of rhythmic gymnastics, or you have previous experience, we welcome everyone to our adult class! Adult rhythmic gymnastics classes will work on improving flexibility, strength, and coordination through apparatus work in a supportive environment.

Students in our adult class will have the opportunity work on acrobatic skills, body skills, and learn all rhythmic gymnastics apparatus.
