Whether you're new to Rhythmic Gymnastics or a seasoned athlete, our camps are for everyone. Introductory Summer Camps offer a great start to rhythmic gymnastics in a safe, fun, and supportive environment. And, our Summer Intensive Camps offer an opportunity to improve skills over the summer in a fun and creative way with our amazing coaches!​

Introductory Rhythmic Gymnastics Camp
(Beginner/Recreational)
The introductory program is focused on acquiring basic gymnastics skills, apparatus handling, coordination, flexibility, strength, and endurance in a fun, low-pressure environment. This camp is open to boys and girls, and will include gymnastics, arts, crafts, and games. Students will be split into groups by age and ability level.

Rhythmic Gymnastics Intensive Program
(Intermediate/Pre-Team)
Our rhythmic gymnastics intensive program is open to gymnasts looking to hone their strength, flexibility, and technique for future competition. Camp days will consist of warm-ups, flexibility and strength training, ballet classes, apparatus work, acrobatic skill development, and body skill development. Girls will work with a variety of apparatus to develop their coordination and technique for all levels. Please pack snacks for half-day campers, and snacks & lunch for full-day campers. Extended care are available.
Full Day: $650

Team Intensive (Advanced) Program
Our team intensive camps are open to all members of Diana's Rhythmic Club Development Program (Levels 3 - FIG), Xcel (Bronze - Sapphire), and AGG teams. Gymnasts on the Development Program Team are expected to attend a minimum of 3 full day camp sessions to ensure that they are prepared for the season. Camp days will consist of warm-ups, flexibility and strength training, apparatus handling, ballet, dance, body difficulty and acrobatic skills, and routine preparation. Please pack snacks for half-day campers, and snacks & lunch for full-day campers. Early drop-off & extended care options are available.​

Advanced Stretching class students, dancers, figure skaters, and athletes from any sports genre are welcome to join by Invitation*
*A trial class is required to receive an invitation. Trial classes will be held every Saturday before the start of camp from 1:00-2:30 pm, with the exception of regular gym closures for holidays.
