Team Policies
Attendance and Makeups
Regular attendance is important for every athlete's progress and safety.
-
Please notify the club of planned absences through the Jackrabbit Parent Portal whenever possible.
-
Arrive on time and be picked up promptly at the end of class. Students who arrive more than 15 minutes late to their scheduled class may be asked to sit out for safety reasons. Additionally, late pickups beyond 5 minutes will be subject to a late fee charged to your Jackrabbit account ($2 per minute).
-
Students must be actively enrolled in classes to enroll in makeup lessons.
-
Make-up classes must be scheduled through the Jackrabbit Parent Portal in advance of classes. Students cannot join classes if they are not registered for the class or a makeup.
-
Makeup lessons are not provided for Development Program classes.

Trial Classes
Diana's Rhythmic Club is happy to offer a free trial class to new families!
-
Families may only redeem one free trial class per program when signing up. If you would like to try a different class, you may "drop in" at a rate of $40/class. Please email us to arrange drop-in classes
-
Families who do not respond to emails following up regarding trial class enrollment will be dropped from the class roster within 2 weeks.

Cancellations
-
Families must inform Diana's Rhythmic Club in writing (info@dianasrhythmicclub.com) two weeks prior to cancellation of enrollment to ensure that you are not billed for the following month.
-
Enrollments cannot be "paused" due to travel. If you choose to cancel your enrollment, you will be unenrolled from the class and may lose your spot if the class fills up.
-
DVP program classes require a year-long commitment and are billed annually. These classes cannot be cancelled until the end of July.
Class Attire
For the safety of all athletes, students should arrive ready for class.
Required attire includes:
-
Hair securely tied back (ideally in a high bun)
-
Fitted athletic clothing
-
No jewelry (except small stud earrings)
-
Rhythmic gymnastics shoes (required for Xcel and DVP) or socks
-
Personal water bottle
Please leave toys, games, and other unnecessary items at home.
Electronic Devices
To minimize distractions and maximize learning, electronic devices (including phones and smart watches) are not permitted during class. If you need to contact your child during practice, please contact the coaching staff.
Parent Observation
We encourage athletes to develop independence during training.
-
Parents are welcome to observe designated viewing areas when available. Please do not move chairs or tables in the gym, as this is disruptive to practices.
-
Please do not coach your child from the sidelines or speak with them during practice, as this is disruptive not only to their training, but also to their teammates.
-
For safety reasons, parents and siblings are not permitted on the training floor. Please ensure that your child and other children are supervised before and after their classes to avoid risk of injury.
-
Photography and video recording is restricted to protect the privacy of all athletes.
Respect & Sportsmanship
We are committed to creating a positive, inclusive environment for every athlete.
All athletes and families are expected to:
-
Treat coaches, staff, teammates, and other families with respect.
-
Demonstrate kindness and good sportsmanship.
-
Behavior that is disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe may result in disciplinary action.
-
Athletes will receive two verbal warnings for disruptive behavior. If behavior persists, they will be removed from class, and parents will be informed. If disruptive behavior is observed consistently, athletes may be asked to leave the gym.
Payments
-
Tuition is billed automatically at the end of each month (28th - 31st) for the following month through the card saved within the parent portal.
-
All classes are subject to an annual registration fee of $100, charged monthly on August 1st for the upcoming season (August 1st - July 31st).
-
Monthly tuition remains the same regardless of the number of classes in the month and scheduled gym closures. Classes missed for competitions are subject to makeup (Xcel and Recreational Programs).
-
We do not offer pro-rating or refunds for classes missed, but students will have makeup lessons credited in their Jackrabbit account.
-
A valid payment method must remain on file.
-
Late payments may be subject to fees, and will lead to your student(s) being dropped from their class.
Illness & Injury
Please keep your child home if they are ill.
If your child is injured, notify the coaching staff. Athletes returning after an injury may be asked to provide medical clearance before resuming full participation.
