2026 Spring Break Camps
April 6-10
Whether you're new to Rhythmic Gymnastics or a seasoned athlete, our camps are for everyone. Introductory Spring Break Camps offer a great start to rhythmic gymnastics in a safe, fun, and supportive environment. Spring Break Intensive Camps offer an opportunity to improve skills in a fun and creative way with our amazing coaches!
Weeklong and single-day enrollment options are available.
Extended care is available at a rate of $25/day (1PM - 4PM). If you need to pick your child up later, they are welcome to drop in to our L1 Beginners, L2 Beginners, or Xcel classes at a rate of $40 per drop-in. Please email us to schedule drop-ins.
Introductory Rhythmic Gymnastics Camp
(Beginners)
The introductory program is focused on acquiring basic gymnastics skills, apparatus handling, coordination, flexibility, strength, and endurance in a fun, low-pressure environment. This camp is open to boys and girls, and will include gymnastics, arts, crafts, and games. Students will be split into groups by age & skill given sufficient enrollment.
Extended care available before & after camp.
9AM - 1PM
$375 for the week, or $75/day

Advanced Rhythmic Gymnastics Intensive
Our Advanced Rhythmic Gymnastics Intensive focuses on honing technique, strength, and flexibility for Development Program & Xcel gymnasts. This intensive will include ballet classes, refining apparatus technique, and developing body skills.
This intensive is open to competitive gymnasts and pre-team gymnasts at Diana's Rhythmic Club. If you are not a member of Diana's Rhythmic Club and interested in joining this intensive, please reach out to us for an evaluation. Those who sign up without being in the DVP or Xcel Programs or evaluation will be moved to the Introductory Camp.

$375 for full week, or $75/day

Flexibility Intensive Camp
Our flexibility intensive camp will focus on developing passive and active/dynamic flexibility, strength, and technique for aesthetic sports (artistic gymnastics, dance, figure skating, artistic swimming, ice dance, ballet, acrobatic gymnastics, etc.). Days will consist of a warm-up, basic ballet, flexibility exercises, conditioning exercises, and exercises to improve alignment. Students will be split into groups by age & skill given sufficient enrollment.
