2026 Spring Break Camps
April 6-10 & 13-17
Whether you're new to Rhythmic Gymnastics or a seasoned athlete, our camps are for everyone. Introductory Spring Break Camps offer a great start to rhythmic gymnastics in a safe, fun, and supportive environment. Spring Break Intensive Camps offer an opportunity to improve skills in a fun and creative way with our amazing coaches!
Half & Full-Day options are available, and single-day and weeklong enrollment options are also available.
Early dropoff is available at a rate of $25/day (8AM - 9AM)
Late pickup is available at a rate of $25/day (3PM - 4PM)
Introductory Rhythmic Gymnastics Camp
(Beginners)
The introductory program is focused on acquiring basic gymnastics skills, apparatus handling, coordination, flexibility, strength, and endurance in a fun, low-pressure environment. This camp is open to boys and girls, and will include gymnastics, arts, crafts, and games. Students will be split into groups by age & skill given sufficient enrollment.
Half-Day & Full-Day camps are available, with extended care available before & after camp.

Flexibility Intensive Camp
Our flexibility intensive camp will focus on developing passive and active/dynamic flexibility, strength, and technique for aesthetic sports (artistic gymnastics, dance, figure skating, artistic swimming, ice dance, ballet, acrobatic gymnastics, etc.). Days will consist of a warm-up, basic ballet, flexibility exercises, conditioning exercises, and exercises to improve alignment. Students will be split into groups by age & skill given sufficient enrollment.

Intensive (Intermediate/Advanced) Program
Our team intensive camps are open to all members of Diana's Rhythmic Club Development Program (Levels 3 - FIG), Xcel (Bronze - Sapphire), and AGG teams. Camp days will consist of warm-ups, flexibility and strength training, apparatus handling, ballet, dance, body difficulty and acrobatic skills. Please pack snacks for half-day campers, and snacks & lunch for full-day campers. Early drop-off & extended care options are available.
Advanced Stretching class students, dancers, figure skaters, and athletes from any sports genre are welcome to join by Invitation*
*A trial class is required to receive an invitation. Trial classes will be held every Saturday before the start of camp from 1:00-2:30 pm, with the exception of regular gym closures for holidays.
